South Carolina Society of Health-System Pharmacists (SCSHP)

South Carolina Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Inc., a state affiliate of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, was founded in 1958 and has continued the tradition of providing education, resources and networking opportunities for health-system pharmacists, technicians, residents and students.

The mission of the South Carolina Society of Health-System Pharmacists (SCSHP) is to advance public health, safety, patient care and patient outcomes through enhancing the roles of health-system pharmacy professionals by promoting education, communication, research and legislation. The goal of SCSHP is to support and promote safe and effective pharmacy care for every person in the state of South Carolina.
