Society of Gynecological and Pelvic Surgery / Societe De Chirurgie Gynecologique Et Pelvienne (SCGP)

The Society of Gynecological and Pelvic Surgery (SCGP) was born in 2005 from the merger of the French Society of Gynecological Endoscopy (SFEG), created by Maurice-Antoine BRUHAT, and the International Francophone Society of Pelvic Surgery (SIFCP), created by Daniel DARGENT.

The SCGP is the reference society for all practitioners involved in gynecological surgery and, in agreement with the National College of French Gynecologists and Obstetricians (CNGOF), it has become the mode of expression of French gynecological surgery.

Since 2022, it has established a partnership with the European Society for Gynaecological Society (ESGE) which allows, among other things, any member of the SCGP up to date with contributions to become a de facto member of the ESGE with the various associated advantages.
