Roijé Congressen is a mature company that has built up a large national network. We organize congresses for 100, 750 but also more participants, varying from one to multi-day conferences.

The work is different for each assignment and by specifying yourself what is desired. This could include:
• Search for a suitable location and negotiate prices with it
• Manage all necessary bookings
• Printing (invitation, program book, flyers, banners etc.)
• Participant registration
• Hotel reservations
• Sponsoring, possibly in combination with an exhibition space
• Reserve and accompany audiovisual means / services
• Scenarios
• Coordination during a conference / symposium
• Hostesses
• Signage on location, nameplates speakers, decorations
• Aperitif, dinner and entertainment
• Partner program
• The budget
• Financial management
