Professional Development Resources (PDR), Inc.

Professional Development Resources, Inc. is a Florida nonprofit educational corporation 501(c)(3) organized in 1992.

Their purpose is to provide high quality online continuing education (CE) courses on topics relevant to members of the healthcare professions they serve. They strive to keep their carbon footprint small by being completely paperless, encouraging telecommuting, recycling, using energy-efficient lights and powering off electronics when not in use. They provide online CE courses to allow their colleagues to earn credits from the comfort of their own home or office so they can all be as green as possible (no paper, no shipping or handling, no travel expenses, etc.). Sustainability isn’t part of their work – it’s a guiding influence for all of their work.

Mission:
• Seek out the most recent scientific and clinical publications in selected professional areas of psychology, mental health, social work, nutrition, speech-language pathology, and occupational therapy.
• Present online course topics of current clinical relevance to the named professions for the purpose of improving patient care.
• Closely monitor evaluation feedback data from participants for the purpose of improving and expanding program offerings.
