Oregon Nurses Association (ONA)

The Oregon Nurses Association (ONA) represents a diverse community of 18,000 nurses and healthcare professionals throughout Oregon. For more than 120 years, we have used our collective power to raise the standards for nurses and healthcare professionals throughout Oregon.

Recently, ONA members have won big at the bargaining table by improving working conditions in healthcare, raising the standards for patient care, increasing healthcare accessibility, and making Oregon one of the most competitive states to work in the healthcare field.
