The New England Polysomnographic Society is a professional society for Sleep Medicine Technicians and Technologists that practice in the field of sleep medicine. Their purpose and goals for which the society is organized are as follows:
• Communication: To provide a means of communication among Sleep Technologists and other sleep professionals.
• Professional Support: To support and advance the professional identity of the Polysomnographic Technologist and Sleep Professional in health care through educational offerings.
• Education: To provide educational opportunities for Polysomnographic Technologists that are state-of-the-art and evidence based.
