Neurometrika

Neurometrika provides support for investigators engaged in design and analysis of experiments utilizing structural or functional brain imaging.

Here you can find presentations, tutorials, and information about workshops describing methods for preprocessing, statistical modeling and visualization of data associated with a broad range of neuroimaging experimental designs. While the majority of the content describes methods for using SPM and FSL, there are also materials describing the use of a variety of other programs that extend the their utility. Some of these tools facilitate fMRI quality assurance by supporting artifact detection and mitigation at the individual participant and group analysis stages. Other materials describe ways in which statistical volumes generated in standard formats like NIFTI can be further processed with a variety of volume and surface data visualization programs, including MRIcron, xjView, Bioimage Suite and FreeSurfer.
