The American Health Care Association (AHCA) and the National Center for Assisted Living (NCAL) are a non-profit federation of state health organizations, representing more than 12,000 nursing home, assisted living, developmentally-disabled, and subacute care providers that care for more than 1.5 million elderly and disabled individuals.
NCAL’s mission is to lead the assisted living profession through public policy advocacy, knowledge, education and professional development.
