NADONA was established in 1986 and is the premier professional organization dedicated exclusively to nursing and nurse leaders in the Post-Acute Care and Assisted Living professions. NADONA is the preeminent professional organization representing the profession of Post-Acute Care nursing, and also the professional development of Directors of Nursing, Nursing Executives, and also bedside clinicians.
