Moroccan Society of Neurosurgery / Societe Marocaine de Neurochirurgie (SMNC)

The Moroccan Society of Neurosurgery (SMN) is a medical association bringing together Moroccan neurosurgeons. It has been created since 1984.

The Moroccan Society of Neurosurgery organizes monthly scientific meetings, and an annual national congress. She is active internationally, a member of the World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies (WFNS), PAANS and the PANARAB Society of Neurosurgery.

It aims to promote and develop neurosurgery by:
• promoting the grouping of all physicians, neurosurgeons and biologists, most of whose activity is of a neurosurgical nature.
• to encourage studies and research related to neurosurgery
• to represent neurosurgeons at international neurosurgical organizations or at meetings related to neurosurgery, whether national or international in scope.
