The Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons (MAOPS) has been the voice of osteopathic physicians in Missouri since 1897. We're most often associated with advocacy for the osteopathic profession at the local, state and federal level.

From their office in central Missouri, their staff members assist and advocate for the doctors of osteopathic medicine (DOs) in the Show-Me State.

Thanks to MAOPS dedication to - and advocacy for - the osteopathic profession, DOs around the state of Missouri enjoy the same practice rights as their medical doctor (MD) colleagues. Today, MAOPS has a seat at the table when issues important to physicians and healthcare arise!
