Minnesota Organization of Leaders in Nursing (MOLN)

MOLN is a professional association specifically dedicated to the support and development of nursing leadership. They define nurse leaders, not by title or position, but rather by the nurses interest and professional dedication to leadership. They know that leadership occurs at all levels of an organization and we invite all nurses interested in leadership to be a part of MOLN.

Mission:
MOLN mission addresses facilitating the professional development of nursing leaders. This is achieved through district and statewide meetings and conferences. MOLN also works collaboratively with other nursing organizations to achieve its mission.

Vision:
MOLN vision is to be the primary organization for professional nurse leaders in Minnesota.

MOLN three areas of strategic focus demonstrate commitment to our mission and vision:
• Create value in MOLN membership and engagement.
• Exert influence on nursing issues statewide.
• Identify and develop the next generation of nurse leaders.
