Minnesota Academy of Ophthalmology (MAO)

The Minnesota Academy of Ophthalmology is a professional association of ophthalmologists in Minnesota representing over 200 EyeMD’s throughout the state. With roots going back to 1910, the MAO was incorporated to encourage research in ophthalmology, benefit its members through education, and promote the services of ophthalmology to the public.

Mission:
The Minnesota Academy of Ophthalmology is an association of eye physicians and surgeons. The mission of the Academy is to promote high-quality eye care for all Minnesotans.
