Our founder and majority shareholder, Dr. Gail Richardson, has been at the forefront of public education for more than 40 years. Dr. Richardson received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Eastern Illinois University and a Master of Arts and Doctorate in Education from the University of Indiana

In 2000, Dr. Richardson founded Mind Streams, LLC and 21st Century Learning, LLC. Mind Streams recruits students for nationally recognized, regionally accredited universities. Offering degrees that range from A.A. through and including Ed.D to students who are primarily working adults, mostly in the field of education.
