Midwestern Medical Directors Association (MMDA)

For over 65 years, the Midwestern Medical Directors Association has provided its members quality professional development and networking within the insurance medicine industry. Since MMDA was formed in 1954, its membership has remained consistently strong and our annual meetings are well-attended and positively reviewed. We invite you to start or renew your MMDA membership this January so that you can take advantage of the many opportunities for professional development and networking an MMDA membership offers.

MMDA encourages medical directors/consultants to apply for “Active” membership, and we also welcome non-physicians (risk management directors, underwriting directors and chief underwriters) to apply for “Affiliate” membership which allows our industry colleagues access to all of MMDA’s benefits.

Mission:
The Midwestern Medical Directors Association (MMDA) was formed to be both an educational and a social organization. Its goal is to provide for an informal exchange of scientific and medical information among medical directors and other underwriting professionals and health insurance companies operating in the Midwestern states.
