Michigan Psychological Association (MPA)

The Michigan Psychological Association (MPA) is the voice of psychology in Michigan. They represent psychologists, students, and affiliates across the state who are dedicated to advancing psychological health, promoting excellence in practice, and supporting one another as a professional community.

As the state’s leading organization for psychologists, MPA provides connection, education, and advocacy for those who serve Michigan’s diverse communities. Together, their members strengthen the role of psychology in improving the well-being of individuals, families, and society.

Mission:
Michigan Psychological Association's (MPA) mission is to improve the health of the people in Michigan by advancing the science, education, and practice of psychology. They are the Michigan affiliate of the American Psychological Association.

Vision:
MPA's vision is to be the primary professional home for Michigan psychologists by providing legislative advocacy, continuing education, professional networking, and promotion of health service psychology.
