Mission
In the Mexican Society of Neurological Surgery since its inception in 1954, our mission is to establish an organization among neurosurgeons to improve the quality of care for patients with neurological diseases; In this era where technological advances are giving the field of medicine better conditions and benefits for the health of the patient is very important to know and be able to provide this technology with an optimal diagnosis and treatment, in which our organization will endeavor to establish and to support, through the consensus of the whole society, the optimal conditions for the diagnosis and treatment of any neurosurgical pathology.

It is an objective in the present and in the future to transcend and extend the experience of Mexican neurosurgery in our continent and subsequently in the rest of the world and to become a point of reference for global neurosurgery in all areas of neurosurgery contributing in the advancement of medical science internationally.
