Mexican Association of Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery, It is the organization that represents all certified plastic surgeons in the country. Its main function is to promote the academic growth and continuing medical education of its members by organizing refresher courses, national and international conferences, workshops, and other events.

The academic rigor and the desire for constant improvement of AMCPER members are two of the factors that have helped Mexican plastic surgery position itself for years as one of the three most recognized worldwide.
