This is achieved by hosting large scientific conferences where this research is presented and discussed engaging in extensive traditional media and social media campaigns to maximise the exposure.

The organisation's most important initiative now is getting a Standard of Care established for therapeutic carbohydrate restriction. Early in May 2019 They published Their 'Clinical Guidelines for the Prescription of Carbohydrate Restriction as a Therapeutic Intervention'​. The actual SoC is less tangible as the legal definition defines it as a consensus amongst practitioners so Their efforts to encourage these conversations to settle on a consensus over time is ongoing.
