Kiel School of Gynecological Endoscopy

Kiel School of Gynecological Endoscopy

Kiel, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany

Minimally invasive surgical procedures are now firmly established in the surgical treatment of gynecological diseases.

Until then, however, it was a long way in the last decades. In Kiel, the corresponding methods have been consistently developed and used since the 1970s. Especially under Professor Kurt Semm and Professor Liselotte Mettler innovative ways were repeatedly pointed out and laid the foundations for the use of endoscopy in gynecology.

The Kiel University Gynecological Clinic has therefore for a long time corresponding experience both in the training of colleagues from home and abroad as well as in the endoscopic treatment of such diseases of women.

The Kiel School of Endoscopy therefore sees itself as a training center of the very latest type. This concerns both a lively training activity and exemplary equipment.

The Kiel School of Endoscopy is a certified training center of the Association for Gynecological and Obstetric Endoscopy (AGE eV).
