IPOKRaTES was founded on the belief that the quest for knowledge should be an essential virtue in one’s live. Knowledge is not sought for the accumulation of wordly prestige, power or wealth. Knowledge should be sought to improve the human condition.

IPOKRaTES strives to provide the best possible postgraduate and student education in the field of medicine and other biomedical sciences. This goal has already been achieved in pediatrics and neonatology in the form of seminars and conferences, which are held by the most distinguished experts in their field.

IPOKRaTES is an international, non-profit, non-governmental foundation and seeks to transfer and exchange scientific knowledge with all colleagues of all countries, independent of race, color, religion or political system as a non-profit seeking charitable movement. IPOKRaTES also engages in issues of health and education, social justice and human dignity worldwide.
