International Society for Technology in Arthroplasty (ISTA)

ISTA is a non profit public benefit corporation. Its goal is to promote public awareness, education and research, in arthroplasty. At each Annual Congress emerging technologies are discussed between surgeons, engineers, and members of industry. Hence, ISTA is not a traditional research society, but works together with industry to develop and implement the most optimal technologies for patients around the world.

Mission:
The mission of this corporation is to promote public awareness of and promote education and research in technology in arthroplasty. The principal means by which this purpose shall be achieved is through the organization and execution of an Annual Symposium of the International Society for Technology in Arthroplasty (Annual Symposium). The corporation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is for public and charitable purposes.
