International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation (ISHLT)

ISHLT is a not-for-profit, multi-disciplinary professional organization dedicated to improving the care of patients with advanced heart or lung disease through transplantation, mechanical support and innovative therapies. They have members in more than 45 countries, representing 15 different professional disciplines, making us the world's largest such group.
