The Integrative Nurse Coach® Academy | International Nurse Coach® Association (INCA) was created with the vision of promoting and supporting the unique role of Nurse Coaches who are assisting individuals, groups and communities in realizing and reaching their greatest health potentials and goals.

Mission:
INCA mission is to reignite the passion for nursing by cultivating a global community dedicated to learning, networking, and reconnecting with the heart and art of nursing through Integrative Nurse Coaching. They aim to empower nurses with advanced knowledge, skills, and an integrative understanding of whole-person health, guiding nurses and their clients on a journey toward meaning and purpose in life and work.

They envision integrative nurse coaches leading the charge in enhancing global healthcare outcomes and fostering well-being through an empowered nursing profession.
