To empower, educate, and support health professionals and organizations to remove communication barriers so patients can manage their own care and thrive. As experts in health literacy, communications, medical research, and community needs, they know that improved health starts with understanding. They will consistently act in the collective best interest of health professionals and organizations while being candid, transparent and, at times, disruptive in their efforts to make global health equity possible.
