Information Research Center of International Talent, SAFEA

The Information Research Center of International Talents, directly under SAFEA, is responsible for collecting, researching, publicizing and utilizing OEI information, and establishing the electronic administration system of SAFEA. The Center is also in charge of building up information databases of urgently needed overseas personnel , OEI programs, OEI achievements, as well as electronic systems for the administration and evaluation of foreign experts. The Center also makes efforts to promote the online administrative examination, approvals and management of foreign expert affairs. The Center provides information on overseas talents and related Market demands on a regular basis, building up an information platform for international personnel exchanges, to serve the needs of OEI.
