Indy Hematology Education (IHE) is a nonprofit organization committed to advancing hematology and oncology education. Since 2003, they have hosted and sponsored the annual Indy Hematology Review™ (IHR) symposium, along with other key events such as the CONCERT Network, the DRIVE Meeting, and the Nursing and Allied Providers Symposium (see our events page for a full list). Their mission is to provide high-quality educational opportunities to current and future medical professionals who may not otherwise have access, ultimately improving patient outcomes in the communities they serve.
With over 700,000 medically underserved individuals in Indiana, they recognize the critical need for education on hematologic and oncologic diseases, particularly blood cancers. By fostering informed discussions, promoting intellectual growth, and equipping providers with the latest advancements, IHE serves as a vital resource in raising awareness, enhancing prevention efforts, and supporting early detection. Through their work, they aim to make a lasting impact on patient care and healthcare equity.
