Indiana Orthopedic Society (IOS)

The Indiana Orthopaedic Society was founded in 1957 by several Hoosier orthopaedists who saw the need for an organization in which they could share knowledge and experiences, and foster collegiality.

Mission:
The mission of the Indiana Orthopaedic Society is to enhance career-long enrichment of the practices of Indiana's orthopaedic surgeons through the encouragement of collegiality, educational opportunities, and legislative advocacy. With these, we promote and safeguard high quality orthopaedic care to all Hoosiers.
