Hospital Raja permaisuri Bainun (HRPB)

The history of Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun begins on year 1891 as District Hospital known as Hospital Ipoh with capacity of 50 beds only. After that, the Hospital was upgraded as State Hospital on year 1942. The 8-levels main building was completed on year 1980. The other development are including Specialist Clinic Complex (year 1992) and Daily Care Complex (year 2005). On Thursday, 12th of Jun 2008, hospital's name was changed from Hospital Ipoh to Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun.
