Health Services for Children with Special Needs (HSCSN) provides innovative care to the pediatric Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and SSI-eligible populations of Washington, DC through a management network that coordinates health, social, and education services for our members.

All members are carefully managed individually by health care professionals. Our approach begins with a thorough screening to determine health care needs. A clinical assessment is performed and an environmental scan is conducted to check for things such as lead in the home. Plus, an assessment is made of the social aspects of a members environment that may affect health. This in-depth analysis helps us to personalize each individual care management plan.
