Hartford Dental Society (HDS)

The Hartford Dental Society (HDS), a 501 (c) 6 nonprofit organization, was established in 1899, with a mission to cultivate the science and art of dentistry and all its collateral branches, elevate and sustain the professional character of its members, and disseminate knowledge pertaining to the advancement of health.

Nearly 500 dentists in the Greater Hartford Area currently hold tripartite membership with HDS, the Connecticut State Dental Association and the American Dental Association.

HDS is governed by a dedicated board of directors and professionally managed by S&S Management Services, headquartered in Bloomfield, CT.
