German Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation / Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Physikalische Medizin und Rehabilitation (DGPMR)

The German Society for Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (DGPMR) is the scientific society of the department. She represents the subject since 1878 and today has about 400 members. It is a registered non-profit association with the purpose of nurturing, promoting and developing physical medicine including balneology and medical climatology as well as rehabilitation medicine in research, teaching and practice.
