German Society for Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology / Deutsche Gesellschaft fur experimentelle und klinische Pharmakologie und Toxikologie e. V. (DGPT)

The German Society for Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology (DGPT) was founded in 1920 and is a non-profit scientific society based in Mainz. Its approx. 2,500 members are spread over the three societies "German Society for Pharmacology", "German Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapy" and "Society for Toxicology". The statutory purpose of the society is "to promote the scientific and practical interests of pharmacology and toxicology".
