Florida Nurse Practitioner Network (FNPN)

It began in 1965 by co-founder's Dr Loretta Ford, PHD, APRN and Dr Henry Silver, MD at the University of Colorado, CO. Dr Ford retired to Florida several years ago and remains active in the FNPN as a keynote presenter at their conferences and esteemed consultant to our issues.

Mission:
Their Mission is to encourage networking between members throughout the state. Provide educational and professional development for nurse practitioners. Serve as a resource for nurse practitioners, their patients and other health care consumers. Promote excellence in practice, education, policy and research.
