The Florida Association of Community Health Centers, Inc. (FACHC) is a private, not-for-profit membership association committed to building the capacity of Florida’s Community Health Centers in leading the primary care safety net, ensuring access to quality care for all Floridians.

Established in 1981, FACHC is the federally designated primary care association (PCA) for Florida, authorized by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), an agency of the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Located in Tallahassee, Florida, FACHC assists Community Health Centers in providing high-quality, comprehensive primary care and addressing the full spectrum of patient needs by providing training and technical assistance so health centers can focus on patient care.

To advance Florida’s Community Health Centers through resource development, partnerships, technical assistance, and increased community awareness.

Vision:
Everyone in Florida has access to high-quality, comprehensive primary health care in their communities.
