The Florida Association for Child Care Management strives to be the leader in the early learning industry by providing professional development tools, equipping teachers and directors with information to better manage their programs, and top quality advocacy at all levels of government.

FACCM is unique in our approach to fulfilling our mission statement—to be the leader in building and protecting a vibrant, professional child care industry. Our board is made up of owners, operators, and child advocates that tirelessly and generously lend their time, talent, and resources for the betterment of all child care facilities. Our organization represents every segment of the child care industry to ensure their voice is heard and valued during the regulatory decision-making process that impacts our industry. Our goal is to enhance the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the people who lead the child care industry by providing membership services with tangible benefits. FACCM continues to expand and evolve each year in order to continue to set forth the best practices for teachers and child care centers to be successful.
