European School of Haematology (ESH)

Paris, Ile-de-France, France

The European School of Haematology (ESH) is a not-for-profit institution for continuing education founded in 1985 to promote and facilitate access to state-of-the-art and cutting-edge knowledge in haematology and related disciplines at the European level. ESH Conferences present state-of-the-art science and insight into new developments in the fields of basic, clinical and therapeutic research in Haematology.

ESH feels that the current strongest unmet educational need amongst haematologists is access to interaction and critical discussion with international experts in order to facilitate the processing of scientific information. ESH conferences are therefore designed to promote informal interaction and ample discussion.

Mission:
ESH’s mission is to develop, coordinate and implement programmes for the dissemination of information and lifelong learning in the form of live events and online training for specialists in all fields of haematology and related disciplines, according to pre-established standards of quality and review set by the ESH Executive and Scientific Committees in collaboration with programme chairs and editors.

ESH provides a platform for scientific interactions among experts and delivers life-long learning to haematologists to improve patient outcome, foster collaborations and enrich career development over a sustained period.ESH provides a diverse portfolio of:
• scientific, translational research and clinically oriented meetings at which expert international faculties actively inform, mentor and interact face to face with trainees and practicing scientists and clinicians from across the world.
• freely accessible on-line training tools, webcasts, comprehensive curricula and interactive handbooks.
