The Empire State Hematology & Oncology Society (ESHOS) represents the common interests of a majority of the oncologists treating cancer in New York. As the oncology society in New York, we strive to provide our members with innovative resources to help them stay ahead of the shifting healthcare landscape and challenges that directly impact the high-quality care their patients deserve.

Mission:
• Improve the quality of oncology care available to the people of New York;
• Maintain and advance the standards of cancer care;
• Support oncology education;
• Facilitate the development and use of new cancer management techniques in the community;
• Provide effective representation of the oncology field for its members and the public; Foster effective communication that enhances access to scientific, socioeconomic, research, and other relevant data; and

• Promote collegial relationships among oncologists in New York state.
