Dutch Society for Immunology / Nederlandse Vereniging voor Immunologie (NVVI)

Mission:
The NVVI is committed, together with its members, to optimally stimulate excellent immunological research and its application in clinical and laboratory diagnostics, and to promote the dissemination of knowledge about the immune system in disease and health.

The association aims to serve as an accessible platform for the dissemination of information relevant to the field, technological innovation, education, and career development. Furthermore, the association represents the interests of its members in national and international science policy.

Vision:
By organizing scientific conferences, maintaining international contacts, and establishing committees that establish scientific, laboratory, and clinical standards, the NVVI aims to fulfill its mission. The association also strives to make knowledge about the immune system accessible to a wide audience through publications and (social) media channels.
