Czech Society of Angiology / Ceska Angiologicka Spolecnost (CAS)

The Czech Angiology Society was established in January 1993 as one of the companies of the J. E. Purkyne Czech Medical Society, by separating and becoming independent the previous Angiology Working Group operating within the Czech Cardiology Society.

The goal of the society is to bring together doctors and other workers interested in angiology and create conditions for the development of the field, increase the professional knowledge of its members, defend their interests, provide educational programs and support scientific research in the field of angiology. The company's mission is also to create friendly partnership relations with related disciplines - cardiology, phlebology, lymphology, vascular surgery, interventional radiology, diabetology, etc. and to represent Czech angiology at the international level.
