Croatian Society of Human Genetics was established in 1993. following from Section of human genetics established in 1972. at the Croatian Medical Association.
First president was Ljiljana Zergollern Čupak.
Society is committed to promoting and maintaining excellence in genetic counselling, diagnosis and care in Croatia, and in providing support and information to all interested parties.
