Coastal Bend Advanced Practice Nurses Group is a Nursing Professional Organization representing APRNs who care for populations from Corpus Christi, Kingsville, Alice, Beeville and surrounding areas. CBAPN organized in November 2010 and Became a Texas Nurse Practitioner Affiliate Group in Spring 2011

The Coastal Bend APRN's aim is to improve the health of our community and our purpose:
• To promote professional standards and quality practice of advanced practice registered nurses through education and mentorship.
• To foster professional community and networking to support professional identity and community awareness of advance practice nurses in the Coastal Bend area.
• To promote the interests of area population and advanced practice registered nurses through advocacy.
