Mission:
The Bambino Gesu Pediatric Hospital, in constant reference to the moral principles and ethical values ​​of the Catholic faith that inspired its birth and assures its continuous development, pursues excellence in health services as a result of research and clinical avant-garde carried out in the full management of resources and with the aim of ensuring the managerial balance and the continuous adaptation of activities to the needs of the most advanced biomedical science. Consequently, the commitment of the Child Jesus is characterized in the pursuit of the full realization of the following values:

• excellence, understood as continuous tension in achieving the highest level in every situation and attitude, to which professionalism, research, technology and behavior must be oriented.
• the centrality of the person, understood as full recognition and respect for the dignity of the person (child, parent, health worker) at the service of which every expression of assistance and scientific and technological research must be emphasized.

All the care activity, supported by scientific research, prepares the continuous refinement of diagnostic methods and therapies, for the achievement of ever better levels of service in a logic of humanization consistent with Christian morality.
