The Oncology Group International SA was incorporated as a limited company by Public Deed No. 1296, issued by the notary 17a Medellin, June 7, 2002, as amended by the following scriptures: No. 2361 of August 24, 2004 of the Medellin Notaría 20 and No. 3374 of November 17, 2004 of notary 20 of Medellin, the establishment of Trade was called ONCOLOGY CLINIC ASTORGA.

ASTORGA ONCOLOGY CLINIC is a service institution Health “IPS” of III level of complexity, Code No. 0500108165-01 Enabling aimed at providing specialized services in Clinical Oncology, Hematology Oncology, Radiotherapy, Oncological Surgery, pain and Palliative Care and Clinical Research. Certified by Bureau Veritas S.A. 2008: in ISO 9001 version 2000, June 24, 2005, with follow-ups in 2006 and 2007. recertified in 2008. In 2009 certification under the new ISO 9001 version is made. In 2010 tracked with extended reach into new services. In 2011 the clinic was recertified with expansion of new services with their satisfactory follow-up audits in 2012 and 2013. In 2014 the certifying entity issuing the recertification, which is valid until September 11, 2017.
