Association of Oklahoma Nurse Practitioners (AONP)

AONP PAC is the non-partisan Political Action Committee (PAC) that supports, protects and promotes nurse practitioners throughout the Oklahoma legislative process. Your voluntary, personal contributions to AONP's PAC have had tremendous impact on several key issues affecting nurse practitioners, such as our work for independent practice rights, by raising awareness and educating legislators on the importance of nurse practitioners and their role in the future of healthcare.

As a statewide professional association, They focus on the common needs of our members. They recognize the professional and political concerns facing nurse practitioners. AONP has always played a major role in facilitating and supporting changes in legislation that advance the role of the nurse practitioner. AONP believes that by providing better networking among our members, They will be better able to promote high standards of health care and thereby enhance the identity and continuity of nurse practitioners in our state.
