Association of Nurse Practitioners in Business, Inc. (ANPB)

The purpose of this organization is exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes to advanced nurse practitioners, defined as a nurse practitioner, certified nurse midwife, certified registered nurse anesthetist or clinical nurse specialist in business, to stimulate, support professional and business development, and facilitate better access and education on the latest healthcare options to improve the healthcare needs for multi-cultural groups. All activities of the Corporation shall be consistent as described under Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code, and any statures applicable to this organization.
