• To promote the advancement of coloproctology in the Asia Pacific region.
• To maintain active communications with all organizations interested in coloproctology and its related fields, in the Asia Pacific area
• To relate with other International Associations of Coloproctology
• To co-ordinate and facilitate the conduct of the biennial Congress of the Federation holding of an Asian Scientific Congress of Coloproctology
