Overview:
The American College of Toxicology (ACT) is a global community of professional scientists representing the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, contract research organizations, regulatory agencies, academia, and consulting firms.

ACT serves its membership by promoting the collegial exchange of facts and opinions on applied toxicology and safety assessment through a diverse offering of educational opportunities and an Annual Meeting. The professional and welcoming atmosphere of the Annual Meeting is a cherished hallmark of the College that ACT leadership is committed to maintaining. Specifically,

• The Annual Meeting program, developed by members, provides a friendly forum for networking, discussing regulatory issues, promoting new science, and sharing updates on current topics;
• The Annual Meeting provides premier symposia and workshops focused on current safety issues and applied toxicology;
• Educational programs throughout the year feature global opportunities for multi-day training in basic, advanced, or specialty toxicology, as well as webinars and podcasts on current topics of interest;
• ACT actively supports the career advancement of students and young professionals and recognizes individual achievement via prestigious awards, research grants, and travel awards;
