American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians of California (ACOFPCA)

The ACOFP-CA has been in existence for over 32 years. They work to defend, preserve, promote, and protect the rights of the osteopathic family physician in California and are dedicated to providing expert advice, and providing the best health care to their patients.

Mission Statement:
As members of the California Society of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP-CA), their mission is to:
• To promote and advance the standards of family practice in the field of osteopathic medicine and surgery.
• To be the leader in the osteopathic profession in the provision of primary care.
• To promote access to health care to the American public.
• To enhance the public's awareness of services rendered by osteopathic family physicians.
• To encourage and improve the educational opportunities for the training of family physicians in osteopathic medicine and surgery.
