The Alabama State Chiropractic Association (ASCA) is the unified voice of the chiropractic profession in the state. ASCA works to protect the rights of the recipients of chiropractic care and represents the interest of its members in areas of concern to the profession.

ASCA was founded in 1926 as a professional association representing Alabama Doctors of Chiropractic. The ASCA is proud of their legacy of bringing about meaningful change to better the profession through legislative and regulatory reform initiatives, ongoing public relations, and adhering to the highest professional and ethical Chiropractic practice standards.

Mission:
The Alabama State Chiropractic Association and its members acknowledge the significant effects of the Vertebral Subluxation Complex on human health. Therefore, the Alabama State Chiropractic Association is committed to the preservation, protection and promotion of the philosophy, science and art of chiropractic, the practice freedoms of chiropractic and the freedom of all people to choose their form health care, through proactive legislation postgraduate continuing education, leadership training, organized committees and public relations; and to further the integration of chiropractic into the nation’s health care delivery system. We are committed to chiropractic and its positive impact on the lives of its doctors, their patients and staff, and the citizens of this great state.
